Hi, I’m Mark.
I’m not a trainer, doctor, or dietician. I’m a 57-year-old who picked up a kettlebell one day and decided I wasn’t ready to slow down.
Like many people my age, I noticed my balance wasn’t what it used to be, my strength was fading, and recovery from simple tasks took longer than it should. I didn’t want to accept that as “just getting older.”
So I started learning, training, and experimenting — and this blog is where I share my journey.

My Philosophy
I believe:
Fitness after 50 isn’t about perfection — it’s about consistency.
Diets don’t work. Balanced meals with whole foods do.
Small daily choices compound into big changes.
It’s never too late to get stronger, healthier, and more confident.
